General Podiatry Consultation
This appointment is right for you if you need help with:
Corns, callus, nail cutting, thick or damaged nails, cracked heels, or any other skin and nail concerns.
During this appointment, your clinician will carry out safe and effective treatment on the conditions described above, as well as providing self-care and preventative advice. Your consultation will include a comprehensive vascular assessment, using ultrasound to check the blood flow in your feet, along with a neurological assessment to assess nerve function — ensuring safe, effective care tailored to you.
Fungal Nail Consultation
Think you might have a fungal nail infection?
Start by booking an assessment with one of our experienced podiatrists. Not all fungal nail infections are the same, so we’ll begin by examining your nails and reviewing your medical history. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. You nails will be cut and filed during this appointment.
All fees will be discussed with you clearly during your appointment, so there will be no surprises.
We offer two appointment types for patients with fungal nails. One includes a Five Minute Fungus test which definitively diagnoses infection. As some conditions can masquerade as a fungal infection, knowing your diagnosis for certain can be reassuring when considering treatment options. Without the test, your diagnosis will be made on a clinical basis, meaning your clinicians will rely on their knowledge and experience to make the diagnosis.
Verruca Consultation
Think you might have a verruca?
Start by booking an assessment with one of our experienced podiatrists. Not all verruca are the same, so we’ll begin by examining your skin and reviewing your medical history. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. Often we can make your verruca more comfortable in this appointment by removing hard skin.
All fees will be discussed with you clearly during your appointment, so there will be no surprises.
This consultation includes a full ultrasound assessment of the blood vessels in your feet and a neurological assessment to understand your nerve function.
Ingrowing Toenail Consultation
Think you might have an ingrowing toenail?
Start by booking an assessment with one of our experienced podiatrists. Not all ingrowing nails are the same, so we’ll begin by examining your nail and reviewing your medical history. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
 During this appointment, if safe and appropriate, we will cut your nail and do everything we can to reduce your discomfort. In some cases, a swift resolution may not be possible, and you may need to consider nail surgery as a safe and effective solution. You clinician will discuss your options with you in full during the consultation.
Diagnostic Consultation with Gait Analysis
In this comprehensive consultation, you’ll be assessed by a Specialist Podiatrist or Physiotherapist with advanced expertise in Gait Analysis. Your clinician will take a detailed history of your symptoms, perform a physical examination, and carry out appropriate clinical tests to reach a clear diagnosis.
As part of your assessment, we’ll use Video Gait Analysis to examine how you move — helping both you and your clinician understand how your gait may be contributing to your condition.
Together, you’ll create a personalised treatment plan, which may include orthotic therapy, exercise rehabilitation, shockwave, or referral for further investigations if needed.
