Infinite Podiatry will be launched in Hereford City Centre in spring 2022, following the relocation and re-branding of the highly successful and award winning Madley Foot Clinic. Our team provides world class foot care for our patients, while simultaneously prioritising our own happiness. We support one another and share in each other’s successes and failures.
As we relocate from a rural base to a city centre address, we want to add a greater depth of MSK knowledge and experience to our team. We have a clear vision for our strategy over the next 5 years and are looking for a candidate who can join us in reaching our shared goals of an integrated, world-class MSK service.
Our clinic is in the heart of Hereford, with shopping and facilities within easy walking distance.
Job description
We are seeking a candidate who, with the support of the clinical director, can lead the development of our MSK service.
The candidate will have experience of being part of an MSK/biomechanics service and be familiar with biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, orthotics prescription and exercise management.
As a clinical leader you will need to be confident to support less experienced clinicians in building their skills in MSK assessment and treatment. You will be asked to design and implement a training program for these clinicians.
You will take a leading role in growing our circle of referrers; interacting with GPs, pharmacists, physios etc in our area in order to build positive relationships with other healthcare professionals and increase our MSK caseload.
